3 separate occasions I’ve ordered food. Twice the food was swimming in sauce. Third time they didn’t include my chips and gave me the wrong order (they quickly resolved and delivered chips but refused to change main - still waiting for my online receipt to prove my point to them). I have tried to be open minded but I am continually left disappointed by the shop. I never want a business to fail but they need to do better.

Food was cold & not the 1st time this has happened & forgetting some of the order again not tge 1st time this has happened either
